CANCELLATIONS

As a small business that is fortunate to guide on some of the country’s most fabled trout and steelhead water, cancellations affect us greatly. When we commit to you on a particular date, precious resources are allocated to your trip. That being said, we do understand that situations outside of your control can unexpectedly arise, and whenever possible, we hope to help you reschedule your trip to a more agreeable date. For cancellations executed outside of 2 weeks of your trip’s launch date, we will refund your deposit minus 10% to cover administrative costs associated with booking your trip. In the event that you must cancel within two weeks of your trip’s launch date, your deposit will not be refunded. Fly fishing trips proceed regardless of weather conditions, however, we reserve the right to cancel in the event of unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your trip, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date that is mutually acceptable. Any cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance, will not be refunded…the client will be charged the entire value of the trip. We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance to protect you against unexpected changes to your travel plans.

FLY FISHING ONLY

All fishing trips DO NOT include fishing licenses, flies, or leaders. Fly fishing trips on the Lower Deschutes River are also subject to needing tribal permits, and boater’s passes. Please let us know if you would like us to purchase your licenses, permits, and passes for you.
